How we operate
We start with an onsite survey, then create a planning dossier. That dossier includes materials, finishes, and the order in which each trade should work.
How we monetize
Planning packages are paid at the start of each phase. Optional coordination sessions are billed per visit, and supplier research is bundled into the package.
